Working principle of electric ball valve

The electric actuated ball valve is a commonly used valve, which is composed of a ball and a driving mechanism. When the drive mechanism receives a signal, it converts the electricity into mechanical energy, pushing the ball to rotate, thereby changing the flow direction of the fluid.

 

The action process of the electric actuated ball valve is as follows:

 

1. After receiving the signal, the driving mechanism of the electric ball valve converts the electric power into mechanical energy and drives the ball to rotate;

 

2. When the sphere rotates, its two channels will change to form a new channel, so that the fluid will flow to the new channel;

 

3. When the ball rotates to a certain position, the flow direction of the fluid will change, so as to achieve the purpose of controlling the flow.
